1 General Terms and Definitions

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.
• The bonus amount will never exceed ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A specified amount must be wagered before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 20.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = wagering ৳20,000 makes winnings from the bonus eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers must be used within a specified time limit; expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• A member may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will result in all accounts being forfeited.
• kkbd1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games on kkbd1 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The following rules apply to all game categories.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• All bet outcomes are determined impartially and there is no possibility of manipulation in anyone's favour.
• If the connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined based on server-side data.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, kkbd1 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on cricket and other sports:

• If a match is postponed or cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the result will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant competition.
• Betting based on match-fixing or inside information is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to guarantee profit by placing bets on opposing outcomes in the same match (arbitrage) is prohibited.

6.3 Responsible Betting

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension and Closure

kkbd1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent behavior.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Use of bots or automated software.
• Abuse of cashback or VIP benefits.

8.2 Balance of Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a violation of the rules, all bonus balances and winnings earned from bonuses will be forfeited. However, verified legitimate deposit funds (real money balance) may be returned after verification is completed, entirely at kkbd1's discretion.

8.3 Member's Right to Close Their Own Account

Any member may close their account at any time by notifying the support team. In that case, the existing valid balance may be withdrawn once verification is completed.

9 Intellectual Property Rights
